Dear Residents, Representatives from the law firm of Montalbano, Condon & Frank, P.C., representing Nyack College, will be giving a presentation to the Village Board at the May 12th Board of Trustees meeting. This is in connection with its application to the Village requesting an amendment to Nyack College’s special permit pursuant to Village Code, Chapter 330, Article Vlll, Special Permits. The college is requesting an amendment to Special Permit to allow residential use of existing structures. As usual, our Open Session will begin promptly at 7:30pm, allowing members of the public to speak. The regular meeting will follow with the Nyack College presentation being the first item. The purpose of this presentation is to provide information to the Board. The Trustees and I will not be making a decision or voting at the May 12th meeting. Nyack Water Main Flushing Week of May 4, 2020 To ALL consumers served by the Village of Nyack Water Department: The Water Department will flush water mains throughout the entire water distribution system beginning at 9pm as listed below. Flushing will take place between the hours of 9:00 pm – 6:00 am. As a result of the flushing, the water may be temporarily discolored and you may experience a temporary reduction in water pressure.
